There's a deadness in the work when I force a specific outcome. It's better to play with the tool and let mistakes become the work.

There is a particular kind of deadness that shows up when I try to force a specific outcome for a generative system. It’s so much more fun to play with the tool, mess with prompts, iterate, make mistakes, etc and then allow those into the work.
That’s exactly what happened here with the weird white strobe on the models face in our first generation. I went with it.
